About this piece:
Of course there is the bun again. This piece is a mash up of an older collage and the newer ‘vocabulary’ of shapes and patterns I’ve been using. I used to use a lot of transferring techniques in my collage work. The cowboy figure is from an old drawing book on horses I had as a kid. It also an example of reusing older works and giving them new life–of introducing old techniques to new ones and seeing what happens, what relationships they form.
